Karnataka Telemedicine Trust (KTT)

Karnataka Telemedicine Trust (KTT),Department of Health and Family Welfare Services of Govt. of Karnataka entrusted the responsibility of establishing and running Karnataka Telemedicine Network to VGSL throug Keonics. This covers establishing 26 centres at District Hospitals and 11 centres at Specialty Hospitals supported by a 3-station call centre and a central server at State Data Center.The scope encompasses supply,installation and commissioning of Hardware and Software at all the centres as well as at Server.Operations on the network are run by a team 37 technicians located at 37 centres and supported by a small team of Manager/technicians at VGSL.The network operations began in the month of December 2014 and the network is operating vibrantly providing effective health-care/advice through telemedicine. Highlight of the network is the Electronic Medical Record that is stored centrally and serves as a basis for case-history and recurring consultation requirements.

Karnataka Prisons Department

Karnataka Prisons Department entrusted the responsibility of establishing the telemedicine centres at Central Prisons at Bengaluru and Belgaum to VGSL through Keonics. the scope of telemedicine centre was enhanced to provide qualified doctors,laboratory technicians for normal clinical treatment and increased diagnostic capabilities complementing the existing facilities at prisons.The network leverages the facilities established under KTT network.The network began its operations in March 2014 and continues its regular activities under VGSL's team of medical and telemedicine experts.

Private Security Management System (PSMS)

VGSL is developing this web application that supports the regulating agency to manage all the private security agencies in the state. PSMS manages more than 800+ private security agencies across Karnataka with more than 500000 security guards. This application manages the data related to each guard and his movement across the security agencies. It also maintains all the finger print bio-metric of each guard.
